When will Lidia devices be available?
Initial batches are planned for July and December 2027; not every model is guaranteed in the first batch. Your model and delivery batch, final specifications, pricing and regions will be confirmed in your account before the remaining balance is requested. Delivery is subject to completion of applicable safety and wireless compliance requirements.
What happens when I preorder?
The preorder deposit is $99 per device and counts toward the full device price. Choose a model and quantity, sign in, save your reservation, then review and pay the refundable $99 deposit through secure checkout. You may cancel your preorder any time before shipment for a full refund of any preorder deposit paid. Final device prices and your delivery batch will be confirmed before the remaining balance is requested.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes. Cancel your preorder any time before shipment for a full refund of any preorder deposit paid. Open Devices in your Careverse account, choose your reservation and select Cancel reservation. This page takes no payment; requesting a preorder does not authorize a charge.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No monthly subscription is required to use your Lidia device. Free Lidia will be available. Optional paid services and third-party services, if you choose them, are separate.
Does Lidia replace my care provider?
No. Lidia is designed to support you and your care providers with companionship, care navigation, organization and connected tools. It does not replace a qualified care provider, clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Supported measurements and any information shared with a provider depend on the final configuration.
What warranty is included?

What do I need to set up my device?
No separate tablet or add-on computer is required. Live video and online services need an internet connection. Supported network types, setup steps, screen dimensions and hardware specifications will be confirmed before the remaining balance is requested.
Are professional sessions and streaming content free?
Free Lidia is included and no device subscription is required. Consultations, training sessions and some content may carry separate charges, shown before you choose them. BEAM FTL is the name of the planned streaming technology; access depends on availability and permissions.
How are privacy and updates handled?
Authenticated access, encrypted connections and session controls are planned safeguards. Final camera and microphone controls, software support, update policy and data handling details will be published before the remaining balance is requested. These capabilities require implementation and security validation.
How do measurements work?
Measurement capabilities depend on supported sensors, connected equipment and the final model configuration. Not every device will support every measurement. Lidia supports care conversations and does not replace a clinician.
How private is Lidia Go?
The proposed design combines physical shielding, a private handset, phone authentication and isolated sessions. Public surroundings can still permit overhearing. Sensitive consultations need a suitable private setting. Security features are design targets that require implementation and validation.
