Careverse® is a brand of a public benefit corporation. Platform services are operated by Care Access Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Careverse,” “we,” “us” or “our”). The public benefit designation describes the corporation; it does not change the platform operator or the seller identified for a particular purchase.
These terms explain the responsibilities that apply when you use Careverse. They preserve mandatory consumer rights and distinguish our platform services from the independent care, products and professional services you may discover through it.
For ordinary website and platform use, start here. If you separately accept a Provider, Partner, Advertiser or User Agreement, consult the Agreements hub and its order-of-precedence clause for the covered service. Publication alone does not replace an agreement you previously accepted.
Agreement and scope
These Terms govern access to Careverse websites and platform services that reference them. When you affirmatively accept these Terms or enter a transaction incorporating them, you agree to them to the extent a binding agreement is formed under applicable law. A website visit alone does not waive your statutory rights.
A signed agreement or purchase-specific terms may govern a particular service and take priority for a direct conflict concerning that service, subject to mandatory law. Our Refund Policy applies to covered purchases. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent to optional marketing or sensitive-data processing.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement and meet the age requirements of the service. Accounts are for adults aged 18 or older unless a particular service expressly permits supervised use under suitable terms. Do not create an account for a child under 13. An adult acting for another person must have lawful authority and use only the features permitted for that purpose.
Keep account details accurate, protect credentials and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize, but are not automatically responsible for every unauthorized act regardless of fault or applicable law. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
What Careverse provides
Careverse provides information, navigation, discovery, coordination and related technology. Available features, integrations, geographic coverage and paid services vary. A planned capability, roadmap item or demonstration is not a promise that the capability is currently available.
Unless a separately identified service expressly provides otherwise through a qualified contracting provider, Careverse is not your medical provider, insurer, emergency service, attorney or financial adviser. Contact local emergency services in an emergency. Do not delay professional care because of platform content.
Independent providers remain responsible for their professional services, licensing and applicable duties. You should confirm qualifications, suitability, availability, costs and coverage directly. These distinctions do not remove Careverse’s responsibility for its own acts, statements or contractual obligations.
AI, agents and connected services
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Review them before relying on them, especially for clinical, legal, financial or other consequential decisions. Automated information does not establish a professional relationship or replace qualified judgment.
Only connect accounts and supply information you are authorized to use. An agent’s authority is limited by the permissions you grant and the service’s controls. Review consequential actions before authorizing them. You may revoke access using available controls or request assistance; revocation may not reverse actions already completed or records lawfully retained.
Third-party integrations have their own terms and availability. No integration listing guarantees uninterrupted access, universal compatibility or a particular security or regulatory certification. Protected or otherwise sensitive information must be processed only through services and contractual arrangements appropriate for that information.
Prices, billing and cancellation
The purchase confirmation must identify the seller, price, currency, applicable taxes and fees, what is included and any renewal terms before you commit. You authorize only the charges you agree to. Promotional eligibility and limits must be disclosed. Price changes to an existing subscription require the notice and consent mandated by law and do not authorize retroactive charges.
A recurring subscription requires clear disclosure of its billing frequency, trial conversion if any and cancellation route, together with legally required consent. Cancel through the subscription controls or contact info@careverse.ai. See the Refund Policy for the distinction between cancellation and reimbursement, our seven-day offer and statutory remedies.
Independent sellers’ checkout terms govern their purchases, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee insurance reimbursement, benefit eligibility, advertised savings or a provider’s acceptance of a payment method.
Company seats and individual access. Business seats belong to the company. Each employee’s access remains subject to the applicable enrollment, eligibility and activation requirements. Company ownership of a seat does not itself authorize access to private health records or care conversations.
Catalog inclusion does not mean every listed service is activated for every purchaser. Service scope, locations, provider participation and applicable member charges must be confirmed for the selected offer. People services offered at member rates provide access to those rates; the pass does not make professional services fully paid or unlimited.
Responsible use
Do not use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, deceptive advertising, infringement, unauthorized access, malware, or disclosure of information you lack authority to share. Do not interfere with service security or availability, impersonate another person, misrepresent professional credentials or bypass applicable access limits.
Reasonable security research, interoperability, accessibility activity and other conduct protected by law are not prohibited merely by a general restriction in these Terms. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly through our contact channel without exposing other people’s data.
Providers, partners and advertisers must ensure their submissions are accurate, appropriately licensed and compliant with applicable professional, advertising, consumer-protection and privacy obligations. A listing does not confer a professional license or endorsement.
Content and intellectual property
Careverse branding, software and platform content are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited right to use available services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms. No ownership of trademarks or underlying technology is transferred.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us the limited, nonexclusive permission necessary to host, process, display and transmit that content to provide the features you request, subject to privacy settings, our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. This clause does not grant unrestricted rights to sell your personal data or train AI models on sensitive content.
You must have authority to submit content and respect others’ rights. Tell us about allegedly unlawful or infringing content with enough detail to locate and evaluate it. We may restrict content where justified and provide notice or a review route where required.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe data practices and available choices. Optional marketing permission is separate from communications necessary to respond to an inquiry, administer an account or fulfill an order. You may withdraw optional permissions through the stated channels.
Do not send health records, payment credentials or other sensitive data through a general inquiry form. Specific regulated processing may require additional agreements and safeguards before it begins. These Terms do not, by themselves, constitute a business associate agreement or establish that a service is approved for protected health information.
Availability, suspension and termination
We may maintain, change or discontinue features and may restrict access for a material breach, security risk or legal obligation. Where reasonably practicable and legally appropriate, we will explain a material restriction and offer an opportunity to resolve it. Urgent protective measures may require immediate action.
Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken. You may stop using the platform or request account closure. Subscription cancellation, data deletion and account closure are distinct processes; the applicable refund and privacy rights continue. Where we discontinue a prepaid service, we will provide the remedies required by the agreement and law.
Warranties and responsibility
We aim to provide useful, reliable services, but cannot promise that every third-party statement or AI output is accurate or that access will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, informational content is supplied as available without additional implied warranties. This does not exclude express commitments we make or statutory standards of quality, fitness, reasonable care and skill that cannot be excluded.
Any exclusion of indirect or consequential loss applies only where lawful and fair in the circumstances. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer and data-protection remedies. These Terms do not impose a blanket waiver of claims or require consumers to indemnify us for our own wrongdoing.
A separate negotiated business agreement may allocate risks or set financial limits for its covered services. Such provisions apply only to the parties and activities actually covered and remain subject to mandatory law.
Disputes and applicable law
Please contact us so we can try to resolve a concern. This informal route does not suspend or replace your legal deadlines or right to approach a regulator, payment provider or court.
To the extent lawful, Delaware law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent legally permitted. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future rights. No assignment may deprive you of mandatory protections.
Changes and notices
We may revise these Terms prospectively. Material changes affecting an existing relationship will be communicated through an appropriate channel, with advance notice and renewed agreement where required. Posting a new version does not automatically alter an earlier purchase or remove accrued rights. Keep the terms and confirmation applicable to your transaction.
