CAREVERSE™ · YOUR PRIVACY
Cookie Policy
Effective October 6, 2026 · Last updated October 7, 2026
Your choices, in plain language.
On careverse.us, optional Google Analytics and HubSpot measurement stay off until you choose them. You can reject optional tracking and still browse the website.
Manage cookie choicesYou can also reopen Cookie settings in the website footer.
Careverse™ is operated by Care Access Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This Policy explains cookies and similar technologies on our public website and how choices differ across Careverse services. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and similar technologies do
Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. Local storage, session storage, pixels and software development kits can also remember information or record interactions. A session cookie normally ends with the browsing session; persistent storage remains until it expires or is deleted. Browser limits can shorten these periods.
Necessary technologies support requested functions such as security, authentication and remembering privacy choices. Optional analytics measure website use. Optional marketing measurement helps understand visits and engagement. A provider's name or a first-party domain does not, by itself, make a technology necessary.
2. Choose, change or withdraw consent
- Open Cookie settings in the footer, or use Manage cookie choices above.
- Select Reject optional to turn off both optional categories; select individual categories and Save choices; or choose Accept all.
- Reopen the controls whenever you want to change your choices. Turning off an active optional tracker reloads the page to stop that loaded tracker.
Necessary cookies are always on in this control. Optional categories are not preselected. Continuing to browse is not consent. The preference cookie remembers your selection for up to 180 days in this browser on careverse.us and its subdomains where these controls are implemented. Choices do not automatically carry over to careverse.ai, third-party websites, other browsers or other devices.
On this website, a detected Global Privacy Control signal keeps both optional categories off. An older Do Not Track signal is different. You can also block or clear cookies through your browser. Clearing the preference cookie may cause the choices to be shown again; deleting authentication cookies can sign you out.
Withdrawing consent stops subsequent collection controlled by that choice. It does not automatically erase information already received by a provider. To exercise applicable access or deletion rights, see our Privacy Policy or contact us below.
3. Optional tools on the public website
Google Analytics: the Analytics choice controls loading of the Google Analytics tag on careverse.us and www.careverse.us. It supports website-usage measurement using browser identifiers and interaction information. Our website tag disables Google signals and ad-personalization signals.
HubSpot: the Marketing measurement choice controls loading of the HubSpot tracking script on the public website. Its identifiers can recognize visits and sessions and can be associated with a contact when identifying information is submitted. Sending a business inquiry to HubSpot is a separate requested function; it does not require you to accept optional tracking or subscribe to marketing messages.
The partner portal does not load these two optional trackers through the public website's consent loader. This does not mean that authentication, security, support or payment technologies are absent from the portal.
4. Public-website cookie inventory
The preference-cookie setting below is verified in our website configuration. The Google and HubSpot entries identify cookies their optional tags may set; their published default lifetimes are labeled as such. A cookie is not necessarily present on every visit. Provider settings, browser restrictions and your choices can change its actual lifetime.
| Cookie / provider | Purpose and choice | Scope | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| cv_cookie_choice_v1 Careverse | Remembers category choices, version and time saved. Necessary. | careverse.us and its subdomains using this control | Up to 180 days after saving; verified website setting |
| _ga, _ga_* Google Analytics | Browser and session identification. Optional Analytics. | First-party website measurement | Google default: 2 years; configuration and browser limits may shorten this |
| __hstc, hubspotutk HubSpot | Recognizes visits and visitor identity. Optional Marketing measurement. | First-party website measurement | HubSpot default: 6 months |
| __hssc HubSpot | Tracks a visit session. Optional Marketing measurement. | First-party website measurement | HubSpot default: 30 minutes |
| __hssrc HubSpot | Detects a new browser session. Optional Marketing measurement. | First-party website measurement | HubSpot default: session |
| __hs_do_not_track, __hs_opt_out HubSpot | May remember a tracking refusal or withdrawal. Privacy preference, if set. | Website/provider context where the control is used | HubSpot default: 6 months |
Provider references: Google Analytics cookie documentation · HubSpot cookie documentation. Provider default lifetimes are not a completed inventory of signed-in app or checkout cookies.
Our public site uses Webflow and content-delivery services to serve pages and assets. Loading an external asset can disclose request information such as an IP address without setting a cookie. Cookie lifetime is separate from retention of server logs, contact records or previously collected information; those matters are addressed in the Privacy Policy and applicable provider notices.
5. Sign-in, care apps and payments
Authentication: our Privacy Policy identifies WorkOS as an identity provider. Particular services may also use Clerk, Google authentication or Sign in with Apple. The provider shown in the sign-in flow and its notice apply to that interaction. Authentication and security cookies have names and lifetimes determined by the particular service; the website's 180-day preference period is not an account-session duration.
App services: Convex supports backend/database functions. Where PostHog is used by a care application, its analytics and replay settings belong to that application and are not controlled by the Google Analytics or HubSpot checkboxes above. Listing a provider here does not mean that it runs on this public policy page.
Payments: the designated payment flow identifies its processor. Our Privacy Policy describes Stripe, Square and Authorize.net; the provider involved varies by service. Payment interfaces may use technologies for a requested transaction, fraud prevention and security. Rejecting optional website measurement does not remove those functions. Review the notice shown in the payment interface.
Careverse.ai and provider-hosted sign-in or checkout pages can use separate cookies and controls. This public-website inventory does not claim to list every identifier used in those services. Use the relevant service's notices and settings, or contact us for information about a specific flow.
6. Care information and your privacy rights
Care-related browsing can reveal sensitive interests. Choosing optional cookies does not authorize use of private care conversations, health records or payment credentials for advertising, unrelated AI training or access to connected records. Separate permissions and protections still apply.
Our privacy standards prohibit placing credentials, verification codes, full card details, medical documents or private conversation content into unrelated analytics. PostHog replay and autocapture must remain disabled on authentication, checkout, care-conversation, health-record and document-upload screens. These safeguards are not permission to collect sensitive information through other fields.
Our Privacy Policy explains applicable access, correction, deletion, withdrawal and other rights, including lawful retention exceptions and international processing. Provider notices supplement those disclosures; they do not replace Careverse's responsibilities.
7. Changes to this Policy
We update this Policy when our technologies or uses change. The date above identifies this version. Where required, we will provide notice and obtain fresh consent before a new consent-dependent use begins. Publishing a revised policy does not itself authorize a new use of information collected earlier.
