Trademark Notice
1. Careverse marks and ownership
Careverse™ and Careverse Lidia™, together with the proprietary logos, designs and other source-identifying brand elements used in connection with Careverse goods and services, are protected as trademarks or service marks to the extent recognized under applicable law. All rights are reserved by their respective owners. Operation of the Careverse platform by Care Access Technologies LLC does not, by itself, represent an assignment of intellectual property rights. The scope of protection depends on the relevant mark, goods or services, territory and applicable law.
2. Symbols and registration status
The ™ designation gives notice of a trademark claim; it does not represent that a mark is federally registered or registered in every jurisdiction. The absence of a trademark symbol does not, by itself, constitute abandonment or waiver of rights. This notice makes no representation that Careverse™ or Careverse Lidia™ is registered in a particular jurisdiction. Any claim of registered status must be supported by the applicable valid registration.
3. No license; authorization required
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or by a written agreement with the relevant rights holder, no license or permission is granted to use the Careverse marks, logos, or other proprietary brand elements. Permission to access the website, use a product, participate in a program, or refer to Careverse does not confer a right to reproduce a logo or present oneself as an authorized representative. Any written permission is limited to its stated scope and conditions.
4. Confusion, impersonation, and misleading affiliation
Unauthorized use that is likely to cause confusion as to source, sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement is prohibited to the extent provided by applicable law. This includes misleading uses in business names, domain names, social-media identifiers, advertising, product listings, or website presentation. Alteration of a mark or combination with other wording does not necessarily avoid infringement. Dilution, passing off, and other unlawful conduct remain subject to the requirements of the law that applies; mere reference to a mark or similarity of wording does not by itself establish a violation.
5. Lawful references and third-party marks
Nothing in this notice restricts truthful, lawful references, commentary, criticism, comparative advertising, nominative use, fair use, or other uses protected by applicable law. Such uses must not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement. Third-party names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Careverse does not, without an express statement, establish a partnership, license, affiliation, or endorsement.
6. Permissions, concerns, and reservation of remedies
Send brand-use requests or reports of suspected misuse to info@careverse.ai, identifying the mark, relevant URLs or materials, proposed use or conduct of concern, and your contact information. Consent must be express; silence or acknowledgment is not authorization. The relevant rights holder reserves all remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief and damages where the legal requirements are satisfied. Failure or delay in enforcement does not, by itself, waive a right. No provision of this notice creates rights beyond those established by law or an applicable agreement.
