Copyright Notice

Effective October 7, 2026

© 2025–2026 Careverse™. All rights reserved.

1. Ownership and protected subject matter

Except as otherwise expressly identified, the original text, graphics, photographs, audiovisual materials, website designs, software, documentation, and original selection and arrangement of content made available through Careverse are owned by their respective rights holders and made available by Careverse subject to applicable ownership and licensing rights. Such materials are protected to the extent provided by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. This notice does not assert ownership over facts, ideas, public-domain materials or third-party content, and does not effect any transfer of ownership.

2. Permitted access; no implied license

You may access and use the website for its intended purposes in accordance with applicable law and the governing Terms of Use. Except for such authorized access, a separate applicable license, or a use permitted by law, no license or other right in any protected material is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Availability of a work on a publicly accessible website does not, by itself, constitute permission to reproduce or commercially exploit that work.

3. Restrictions on unauthorized use

Except as expressly authorized in writing by the applicable rights holder or permitted by law, protected materials may not be reproduced, adapted, translated, distributed, republished, publicly displayed, publicly performed, sold, sublicensed, or incorporated into derivative works. Copyright-management information and proprietary notices must not be removed or altered in violation of applicable law. Nothing in this notice limits fair use, fair dealing, or any other applicable statutory exception or limitation.

4. Third-party materials and separate licenses

Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Attribution, citation, or inclusion of a link does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the applicable license or permission. Open-source software and other materials furnished under separate license terms remain subject to those terms; in the event of a conflict concerning those materials, the applicable separate license governs.

5. Permissions and rights inquiries

Requests for permission should identify the material, its URL, the proposed use, audience, format, territory, and duration. Send requests and copyright concerns to info@careverse.ai. A request, acknowledgment, or absence of a response does not constitute permission. A person reporting suspected infringement should identify the work concerned, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the basis of their authority to act, and contact information. This contact information does not represent that a designated statutory copyright agent has been registered.

6. Reservation of rights and remedies

To the extent available under applicable law, the relevant rights holder reserves all rights and remedies in respect of unauthorized use, including injunctive relief, damages, and other appropriate relief. Failure or delay in exercising a right does not, by itself, constitute a waiver. This notice supplements, and does not amend, any separately executed agreement. No statement herein enlarges the scope of protection, eliminates a lawful defense, or guarantees entitlement to a particular remedy.
