Responsibilities:
- Lead global regulatory strategy across healthcare, privacy, telehealth, and AI.
- Oversee contracts, employment law, and risk across jurisdictions.
- Manage IP filings, licensing frameworks, and cross-border partnerships.
- Support investment deals, SEC filings, and governance (Reg CF, Reg A+, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Trust & AI Ethics team to shape platform guardrails.
Requirements:
- JD with active bar license (US or international equivalent).
- 7+ years in health law, digital health, or tech-focused legal practice.
- Experience with international compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, MDR, etc.).
- Bonus: experience with AI law or impact litigation.
