Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute scalable growth strategies across paid, organic, and influencer channels.
- Launch performance marketing and retargeting campaigns; optimize conversion funnels.
- Set up analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback pipelines.
- Work closely with product and creative to launch viral tools and gifting mechanics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years growth experience; ideally with a healthcare, AI, or social impact startup.
- Proven ability to scale user acquisition on lean budgets.
- Familiarity with tools like GA4, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Experience launching in multilingual or international markets a strong plus.
